These definitely sound like local caching problems...

To ensure you're seeing the latest postings, make sure your browser's cache is cleared. Also, you can try "breaking" the page out of the overall FT frameset by right-clicking (or control-clicking if you're on a Mac) on the page, then selecting the option to open the frame in a new window. When this new window opens, hold down your shift key and click the reload/refresh icon on your browser. This should force the page to reload from the server, and not your cache.
