Flying AMS-FRA-MIA this saturday and have 1h45m on FRA (dep 0955). Normally fine, but forecast for saturday is freezing and a few snowflakes in Holland, which means the whole society comes to a screeching halt so I am expecting delays in departure there...
Any other pointers on transferring in FRA also appreciated (sorry, really dont have the time to read all 28 pages of posts(got to 9).. :-)
I haven't done any Schengen to non-Schengen connection in FRA for some time and my information may not be current but AFAIK you don't need to go through security if you arrive from a Schengen country. So provided there is no secondary security for US departure you should not need to go through security in FRA, just passport control and BP check.

I think some security checkpoints in FRA have separate lanes for C and F pax, while others don't.

Perhaps someone who regularly connects from Schengen can confirm?
