You are very close. VIE posted 18,114,103 in 2009 which was - 8,3% compared to 2008. But they are now growing back. Posted 1,828,204 pax in October 2010 - 11.4% more than in October 2009.
Everytime I transfer through there, I am amazed by the speed and efficiency.
