True, my connection was SQ>SQ, both T3, and exactly 1 hr.

I agree that this one seems like it shouldn't be on a single ticket, and I can't seem to be able to book such a flight on SQ's site... meaning that there probably won't be anyone else trying to make the same connection at Changi.
