But this necesity does seem to defeat all the convenience afforded by all the new pull down menus allowing us to jump from one board to the next.

Eugene--I use Internet Explorer, and I can't find any toggle to turn Javascript on or off. I assume it is on because most all java enabled sites that I visit seem to work properly.
