Don't bet too much - been there done that and missed longer connection in SIN... Yes, SIN is probably one of the most efficient, but anything can go wrong. Don't forget OP needs to go from T3 to T2.

I would also argue that VIE is the most efficient airport and MCT for VIE clearly suggests that. Have a look here:
