Did you request to be sent a reminder back when you were still using your old address? I remember that one must enter one's e-mail address again. They can't extract it from the FT database automatically.

Also, if you subscribe to MilesLink (I almost typed TalkMail by mistake ) you might need to unsubscribe from your old e-mail and re-subscribe with your new e-mail.
