Dumb question ...
I've never been bumped (involuntarily - I've given up my seat several times for vouchers).
When one is involuntarily bumped, do they actually give you $800 cash? Or do they give you a check? I was just thinking about it, and $800 (by check) isn't that useful when you are stuck at the airport.
