And for the record, you don't have to stuff, surgically embed or otherwise hide anything to prove the Nude-O-Scopes are ineffective. When 90% of cargo goes completely uninspected there's no reason for terrorists to bother boarding a plain at all, beyond the symbolic.

Why send a suicide bomber when FedEx will carry your bomb for less than the price of a ticket?
