To change the time from the computer on which it is installed, there is a variable that the administrator can change (+/- x) where x is the number of hours.
The problem is that if you DO make a change, all the previous messages are still on old time and not moved to the new time.
Besides, since Mountain Time is the home of the USAF Academy, to many pilots I know (at least on DL), there can be no other standard time
