needed adjustment on the website. As if i am the first customer asking for this!
If the agent would have told me i was not entitled because of the (cheapish) fare, ok. But the reason i was given now....excusez le mot....BS.....
Can anybody give me advice how to handle? Or should i just forget about this
free stopover? Thanks
I dont see why it is QR's fault. THey already told you you cant get a free hotel before your flight, why didnt you pre-book a hotel in the city and spend the night. You can get hotels for less than 150 USD per night.
