drtravels .. you have never indicated whether you use Netscape or Explorer.

That will make a difference. What Premex suggests works for me on Explorer (just go straight to "File" and "Properties" will do it seems) but on my Navigator the quickest way is to go up to "View" then "Page Info" and then the URL should show. Why the URL shows on top on each page for me have no idea, but my computer knowledge is 3 out of a possible 100.

You want to cut the one showing "Forum72" and not the others!
