Thanks for the information, fewmiles - I've been having the same problem, and could only get active again by re-booting the computer...which also required re-connecting to my ISP, restarting Netscape...I could fix dinner during the time all this took.

Hopefully with these ideas I'll be using a different smilie in the future!
