I don't think there are any cruise ships that travel from Hawaii to any other US state.

There are cruise ships that travel to Mexico but this isn't one of the other 49 states to which freedom of movement is guaranteed.

Someone in Hawaii with some time on their hands could really push the courts on the Constitutionality of the TSA. "I wish to travel to another state but I do not with to waive my Fourth Amendment rights to do so."
