I'm on CO200 tomorrow 11/23 FLL-EWR, #1 on UG list, nobody has been upgraded. 7 booked, 8 blocked seats ?? (oversold?). Why wasn't anyone upgraded during the 5-3-1 EUA run? However, I am being offered a up- for "tens of dollars" ($39) which I will NOT bite based on principle. SHENANIGANS!

If the flight is oversold, will even further shenanigans occur, wherein pax without seats will be placed in F in front of Elites?
