Ouch. I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed in our efforts, Dorian...I do understand and would like say that no apology is necesary.

I received some news yesterday from UBB confirming that there does indeed appear to be Y2K related problems with some of Netscapes cookie technology.

UBB also tells me that they have addressed this issue in another upgrade which I will be implementing ASAP...hopefully this will resolve most, if not all, of the cookie related issues.

As for the speed issues we are upgrading the RAM on our Solaris based server and that should significantly impact performance in the positive direction.

Those are our biggest concerns at the moment and if we can get them under some semblance of control I believe we'll be a bit closer to what you expect from us.

I'd like to thank you all for what you had to say in our defence and I'd like to thank everyone, including you Dorian , for your continued support and patience. There really are no hard feelings and we do hear and understand your feedback.
