It is, quite the contrary, the best possible EU point from HNL, due to demonstrated premium cabin demand. Compare volume of flights ex-LHR-USA vs. OSL-USA, ARN-USA, CPH-USA or HEL-USA. Add all Nordic demand to USA toegther if you wish - your suggestion is just that bad.
