Off topic, but I work on the road almost 100% of the time, usually for weeks at the same location. I have a daily budget for food. I hate eating out so usually buy groceries (Stay at Towneplace Suites or similar hotels with small kitchens). I always buy a few extra cans of healthy food when I shop to drop in the food bank collection bins. My company does not care what I buy with my food budget as long as I spend less than the amount allowed. Been doing this more often with the number of people hitting food banks so high.

On topic: I was on the phone with Delta about another trip I was on. They looked at one of my Vegas trips and said it was a US based transaction, not a Canadian one. So far no FTF has shown on the charge and my credit union usually posts those very shortly after the transaction posts, not at the end of the month like some people's accounts.
