Unlike most other airlines, Southwest specifically allows you to do this

If you get off at an intermediate stop:
-you not be counted as a through pasenger
-there will be one more empty seat when they do the count
-they will be able to board one more person

Somehow SW will figure it out and you won't be causing an inconvenience to anyone
