Replies to Complimentary emails?
Has anyone been receiving replies from US Customer Relations regarding complimentary emails that have been sent?
In the past, when I've sent in emails complimenting US staff, I usually received a reply a couple of days later thanking me, a copy will be placed into the employee's file, etc.
I haven't sent in any complaint emails recently, (Thank you US) so I was just wondering if anyone else out there has had a similar experience with regard to response rate on compliments. I'm assuming it's just a refocusing of resources, but it would be nice to know that the compliments are being recognized, and not just the complaints.
