Free Upgrades (Not EXP)

I'm looking at taking a JFK West Coast trip and am confused about upgrades.

For example, from JFK to LAX, one can purchase a QA7BIZN fare for $1000 or so R/T. I assume this upgrades to C/J. Is that right?

As an alternative, one can purchase a Y3CUP7ZN fare for $1400 or so R/T. What class does this upgrade to?

As an alternative, one can purchase a JFK-LGB fare BA0JAA1N for $543 R/T. Does this qualify for the full-fare upgrade?
