With peoples blood boiling over with the nudo-o-scopes and the genital groping, I say let them go ahead and ban the ability to opt out, and then watch the outcry, the outcry now will pale in comparison to the outcry if they take away the ability to opt out.
Wrong answer. It will be billed as a "compromise", the gropings will get toned down to something in-between previous and current levels of "invasiveness"
