Easy. Call JGC office (ＪＡＬグローバルクラブ事務局) and request for family application (家族会員申込書). It will take about 1 month from calling to getting a card for your family member.

Oh I should add you can ONLY have eight family members per ONE JGC Main user.

So it will be JGC member plus 8 kids or family or whatever.

Everyone MUST be over 18.
