I know this has been talked about but I'm having trouble searching. I'm flying in a few weeks MCI-LAX-SMF, no plane change. For personal reasons I want to get off at LAX and stay there with family instead of continuing on to SMF. I know this is normally okay but since there is no plane change I will be counted as a through passenger...
How do I go about this? Do I tell the FA? GA? Just bail?
