I am heading to Dubrovnik for Christmas arriving Thur afternoon and leaving Sun evening. Back to the original purpose of this thread, are the 2 best hotels the Hilton Imperial and Hotel Bellevue? Are there any great apartments to recommend for a couple?

On a side note, it sounds like 3 nights in Dubrovnik might be too much. Where else would you experts recommend visiting? Thanks a lot in advance!
