What are you complaining about? Ireland is exempt from US-VISIT. Also, Brazil was doing this all by hand. The US is fingerprinting and photographing all by computer. It would obviously take longer for the US than Brazil as we get more tourists.

One point that has been missed it that even Citizens of Visa Exampt countries such as Ireland and UK have to be fingerprinted and photographed on arrival if the are traveling on a previousley issued Visa, such as 6 months or Student.
