thank you. I'm a diamond member and followed the steps you mentioned and it shows:

[KVS Availability Tool 5.8.0/Diamond - Reference: Minimum Connection Time [MCT]: SFO/SQ-UA]

NO MCT EXCEPTIONS EXIST FOR REQUEST - SEE STANDARD MCT

what would be the standard MCT?
