I think that if you read my post again, you will find that there was no "outright" lying involved, which I would not find acceptable.
However, there was implication - which I concede is morally a 'grey' area.
My obtaining status was definitely done manually, so I would agree with JonNYC that "only flights that post after the date the account is 'flagged' are included."
