Paid upgrade from WT to WT+ at airport -- extra miles due?
Hi guys,

I recently flew LHR-SFO and paid £179 at the T5 upgrade desk to move from WT to WT+. Have checked on EC site and have only been credited the WT mileage rate and TPs.

Due to this being a paid upgrade, should I be due the increased miles and TPs on this flight? The website correctly shows the class as 'W' so is aware that I flew in WT+.
