In a word no. There are several reasons for this.
If you are male there are not enough females to accomodate normal activities let alone cross gender screening.
THe activity is prohibited specifically based on the category of airport.
LAstly there is a huge amount of notifications that have to be done and the TSA is not likely to do that just for one person.
