I think this clearly illustrates the catch-22 the airlines claim when it comes to food. When it's there people complain about how bad it is, when it's gone they complain even louder.

I've never seen such support for the Bistro Bag on the AA forum, especially for a product that was all but officially vilified here before it's removal was announced
