I was listening to NPR this morning and they announced this change... something like "American Airlines, the world's largest carrier, is announcing better meal service in first class, while reducing meal service in shorter-haul domestic flights in economy. Beginning April 1st..."

It's somewhat disappointing, as although I'm not a huge fan of the Bistro Bags, they're better than an empty stomach.
