If there was a McDonald's or more food establishments, we possibly would buy something to bring on board, if we know for sure there is no meal. On my return TPA-LGA, I picked up a Grouper sandwich at Shells on the way only to be served chicken caeser salad on board. Sometimes, you just can't win. And at LGA with AA, food options are very limited.
