I booked my mom on UA F TPAC, but she doesn't speak English very well!
Well my title pretty sums it up. I booked a 116,000 XF roundtrip ticket for my mother on ICN-SFO in late December. From my four TPAC flights in F I've taken so far, only ICN-NRT purser could speak Korean (I heard him speaking Korean), and the others couldn't - or I assume so for they were white, black, whatever. I think the Korean-capable FA is usually in Economy.
She barely speaks English. Of course a sensible solution would've been to book 125,000 XC on Asiana C, but they don't fly on the days she want / I think it falls within their blackout period anyway. Is there anything I can do to make my mother's flight experience better?
