Brian,

While you may get lucky like rtraveler, I also wouldn't bet on that. The agent is supposed to check to see that you actually traveled, not just that you brought tickets. Sounds like he got lucky.

And now that AGR is in house, I'd expect that they'll be clamping down on the agents even more to ensure that they do follow the rules.
