KE's economy kits are fantastic for that class. On longer flights (I'd assume over 6 hours, perhaps eight or over night flights) They include tooth brush/paste, eye mask and socks. I feel it really adds to KE's economy product. Business class get the slippers, although if your cheeky you could always grab them as you board, cause most business passangers don't seem to take them!
