As for anecdotal:
On special web sites, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the U.S. Travel Association have been getting thousands of complaints.
I honestly don't care what you guys do, it's enough that so many people feel violated after you're through with them. That's enough to require a change in my eyes.
