This has been a bug (minors and OLCI when upgrade happens) since March 19 when the website was updated for UDU. I experienced it that day and every trip since when flying with my daughter on my PNR. Very annoying.
thanks - forgive me for sounding like a total inept 1P, but what should I say to web support when I call, so that they'll be able to fix the problem? Does the fact that I already checked in for myself complicate anything?
