We had replacement credit cards stolen that we didn't even know were coming from an old credit card account we don't even use. After the fraud department called us since we didn't call and "activate", we then closed the account. My point in posting though is that the credit card company may have nothing to do with your not receiving the cards. This cc fraud department said they wondered if sometimes cards are taken from within the local USPS before it even gets to our mailbox.
