I see the female with her hands up to high to be holding a piece of paper, about the same height as the perp's shoulders. The perp's arm is obscuring the females hands. The "mostly blocked screener" is far behind the female and the perp.
Of course, I must be lying! Or maybe I'm blind! Or maybe something even more creative...
