I'll have about 200-220K miles to burn by the time we go out there, so I'm pretty sure we'll be coaching it, unless LAX/ORD-LHR fares in July are unusually cheap (unlikely). And I'd like 40K miles to spend while there to fly intra-Africa. I'm thinking of using my AANYC voucher for my segment to LHR, but that only saves 25K miles...and the odds of getting a T to LHR in July are < 0, IIRC.
