I'm trying to do research for a trip I want to take to SJU in a few months. I'm trying to redeem a standard award (my dates are flexible).

I would like to know what the standard award fare classes are, since I'm doing my research on ITN (aa.com is no help). If standard award fare classes aren't available on ITN, is there someplace else I can go?
