I flew Ord- SFO UA #973 on Wed., Nov. 17 and have never experienced such crowding in a gate. The plane was a 747 and I'm wondering if this gate is too small for 747 passenger staging.. As a 1P you normally board before the others in the "Y" section but there was so many people crowding in the lanes I couldn't even get within 20' of the area to board with the other 1p's and ended up boarding with the 1-2 boarders. Anyone ever experience this on
