Most expedia / travelocity / travelselect.com sites do show the fare class - usually Q or O (from the UK) which does not give miles - hence slightly cheaper -but not always - than the airline themselves. Click on the fare rules and it usually tells you which class it is.

When booking, it is worth telephoning them and asking what fare class it is if it doesnt say.
