Booked ticket thru Expedia Special Fare

Flew roundtrip from LHR / ORD / PIT
8000 miles

Received Zero Miles for trip.

Called AAdvantage, told me it was a Travel Agent Fare, not published therefore no miles.

Anyone else have this problem?
