I'm slightly confused. So you found Kodaks do it but not a fast enough frame rate for you? Sounds to me like you'd need to buy one of the newer better video cameras or HDSLRs. They are not that small or lightweight. And most still do only 60 fps but I have seen better.

That feature sounds good, and I would only need 30 fps personally. If the resolution is good.
