The September statements have been on the web site for a couple of weeks now. You may be referring to the October ones, which likely were only run off last week, and as we know, take about two weeks to post on the site. [The site usually has them by the time Canada Post delivers our paper versions. You may have an additional week's wait to get down to the US.]
Also, depending upon what carrier you flew when you hit SE, there may be a delay before verification is made and your status changed. And if you flew the appropriate segments on Fri, Sat or Sun, they may not have posted until Mon or Tues, and thus your new status was not caught by that particular Sunday night status sweep. Your kit will be dispatched within a few days of the status changing on the site, usually by the Thursday or Friday following the Sunday sweep. If you flew UA or another STAR partner to achieve your 100K, then AC does a verification which may add a week to the process.
