I was able to book my kids using my credit card in my name. So ask your mother, brother, father, sister, cousin, dog, aunt, uncle for their cards

Also remember you can also use DEBIT cards to pay

Also look at buying a visa gift card. You can buy the card and have instant access online. Make sure you buy enough to cover the total cost of your expenditure. You will then end up with a gift card to use once credits are applied
