TSA does not go under your clothes to touch your genitals. At least they shouldn't be. They touch genitals through your clothes AND run a finger along the inside of your waist band.
Finally after several posts someone asks when that became acceptable in our society.
The nonchalant attitude is what I have read over and over as if looking inside pants/skirts, reaching into pants/skirts, feeling genitals over or under clothing etc is normal.
Edited to add: googling TSA+skirts has led me to some er, interesting, discussion boards. This is a topic at mothering sites, religious sites, car buff sites, travel sites, and more. I have had to wash out my eyes a few times from where I ended up!
And I also find FTers elsewhere; I found one who is very proscanner for instance stating his stance on several different types of discussion boards.
At least it is a very active topic!
