The route you are taking is fairly typical trucking route. Although we like to crack jokes about it being in the sticks, middle America is actually not a deserted waste land There will be plenty of service stations along the way so I wouldn't worry about it one bit. We don't have Tim Hortons or bagged milk so you'd have to bring those yourself.
